• Ready-made designs: dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment.
• Custom designs: dispatched within 7–12 working days of proof approval.
• Bulk / corporate orders: timeline confirmed in your quote.

Transit typically takes 2–6 working days depending on your PIN code.

Packaging and insurance

Every shipment is sealed in tamper-evident packaging and fully insured until delivered. Please do not accept a package that appears tampered with; contact us immediately.

Delivery verification

High-value shipments may require OTP verification or valid photo ID at delivery. We may ask for KYC documents for orders above limits set by law.

Shipping charges

Insured shipping within India is free on all orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only.
