Frequently asked questions
Designing & ordering
What weights can I order a custom gold coin in?
Custom coins are available from 100 mg up to 10 g: 100 mg, 250 mg, 500 mg, 1 g, 2 g, 5 g, 8 g and 10 g.
What is the difference between 24K 999 and 22K 916 gold?
24K 999 is 99.9% pure gold — the standard for investment and devotional coins. 22K 916 is 91.6% gold alloyed for extra hardness, so fine details hold up better with frequent handling.
Can I put my own logo or photo on a coin?
Yes. Upload a logo, photo or artwork in the designer. Our artists convert it into a minting-ready relief and send you a digital proof to approve before production.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No — you can order a single custom coin. A one-time design fee applies to custom artwork and text; it is charged once per design, not per coin.
How long does a custom gold coin take?
Proofs are shared within 1–2 working days. After approval, minting and dispatch usually take 7–12 working days. Bulk and festival orders may need more time.
Pricing & payment
How is the price of a gold coin calculated?
Price = weight × today's gold rate for the chosen purity + making charges, plus 3% GST. Custom designs add a one-time design fee. The designer shows the full breakdown live.
Is the gold rate locked when I order?
Yes. The rate at the time of successful payment is locked for your order, regardless of later market movement.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets via Razorpay's secure checkout. GST invoices are issued for every order.
Purity, delivery & returns
Are your gold coins hallmarked?
Yes. Every coin is BIS hallmarked with a unique HUID and comes with a purity certificate.
Do you deliver across India?
We ship insured to most PIN codes in India in tamper-proof packaging. Tracking details are shared on dispatch.
Can I cancel or return a customised coin?
Custom orders can be cancelled for a full refund before you approve the proof. After approval the coin is made to order, so it cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or differs from the approved proof. See our refund policy for details.
