What happens after I place my order?
Our designers prepare a digital proof of your coin within 1–2 working days. We only start minting once you approve it.
Why is there a one-time design fee?
Every custom coin needs artwork preparation and a minting die made specifically for your design. The fee is charged once per design, however many coins you order.
What kind of image works best?
A high-resolution logo with clear outlines, or a well-lit portrait photo. Fine gradients are simplified into a relief so they strike cleanly in gold.
